Chu Chu Pops orders are available for pickup in Pomona 91768 and Brea 92823. Feel free to contact me for more information about morning deliveries within 20 miles of Pomona 91768 (delivery fee will apply).

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping yet.

What is the pick-up address?

Exact pickup location will be provided upon receipt of final payment.

How do the cake pops and cookies come packaged?

Cake pops are packaged lying down in a windowed pastry box. For an additional fee, you can order a windowed cake pop carrier that doubles as a display stand. When you are ready to serve, simply pop the side tabs out, lift the top off, and insert the tabs back into the side of the stand!

Cookies are packaged either lying down or gently stacked in a windowed pastry box.

Do cake pops and cookies need to be refrigerated?

Nope to both! Cake pops can remain at room temperature for up to 1 week, or up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator *(depending on flavor chosen). Please note: refrigeration may create condensation once removed from the fridge and may affect custom designs, etc.

Cookies are best enjoyed within 2 days in their pastry box, and up to 1 week in an airtight container.

Do you cater to tolerances or allergies?

Unfortunately, I cannot cater to specific food allergies. I work in a kitchen that contains gluten, dairy, nuts, and eggs, so items may contain traces of these allergens.

How does payment work?

I require a 50% deposit to secure your order, and the remaining balance 1 week before pickup. Once we finalize order details, I’ll send an invoice to you via email with multiple payment options.
